Some good info, but...

The information in the book (what little is actually given) is pretty good. Like others have said: this is really just trying to get you baited into buying the actual book. I thought it was ironic that the author bashes fitness magazines as just being out to sell products / supplements, and this text ultimately was only written for the purpose of having people buy the longer book. That being said, it was free, so what can you expect?

But I expected this book to reveal all the things it kept leading me on talking about like actual exercises, more how to information. Instead, it was just a teaser, with good info, but not what I expected...
