The kindle version of this book is very poorly done. The chapters don't line up, the index is poorly formatted and impossible to read. Same with the table of contents. The information is great, except the paragraph formatting is atrocious. I strongly recommend getting this book in text if you are going to use it. It is not worth the purchase otherwise.
