some good tips, but was concerned that the book recommended eating unpasteurised dairy products a potential source of listeria and not recommended to expectant mothers which is where after reading this you would hope to be. If you want basic information about diet and don't already have a scientific background then this book contains the basics... if you are looking for something new and the latest scientific research look elsewhere.
