he just keeps repeating the same thing

At first I thought wow that's great but as you continue to read he just says the same thing over and over and over through out the book! Come on man say something that's going to keep me going....

Mike knows his stuff

I like Mike's approach to lifting and getting the body you want. He gets to the point without hyping himself or putting in a lot of fluff. I've been lifting for most of my life and have been a competitive powerlifter for the past 10 years. I've always run around 15% body fat. Since I started Mike supplement and diet routine (2 months ago) I've dropped 10 lbs and 5% body fat. I weigh in a lean 193 with a decent 6 pack (but getting better) but have kept my strength. Still Squat 510, bench 375, and deadlift 535. These are all raw and I'm 47. Goal is to get down to 8% body fat and get my weight up to 198.

Mike knows his stuff and I would recommend his books to anyone.
